Must have complete knowledge of all food and beverage menus: The ingredients; the preparation; how items are served and with what; know your prices; know the daily specials.

Expect and react promptly to guests requirements and inquires, actively listen and resolve guest’s complaints.
Oversee and coordinate all arrivals and departures of special guests (VIPs etc.)
Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure complete service recovery
Understands room status and room status tracking. Knows room locations, types of rooms available, and room rates.
Uses suggestive selling techniques to sell rooms and to promote other services of the hotel.

Plan the work for the Housekeeping department and distribute assignments accordingly. Assign regular duties and special duties for Housekeeping staff to ensure work is done as per company standard.
Supervise all housekeeping employees, hire new employees as needed, discharge employees when necessary and take disciplinary action to make sure employees follow rules & regulations.
Evaluate employee performance to raise performance standards.
Train all employees and assign new employees to work with experienced help.
Check and approve all requisitions of equipment and items needed in work.
Maintain a lost-and-found section.

Liaise with tenants on renewables, termination, payment and complaints regarding leasing matters
Prepares the necessary documentation and all other related paper works related to the consummation of lease; handles the proper safekeeping of account files.
Prepare weekly and monthly report on leasing status
Carry out daily leasing tasks including follow up on prospect & prepare prospect inquiry reports.
Update monthly tenancy schedule for respective shopping centers and office towers.
Conduct market survey and monitor competitors project e.g. rental rates, new tenants and occupancy rate.
Maintain and keep stock of leasing collateral e.g. flyers and brochures.
