Admin Assistant

  • To provide and prepare stationary, office equipment, office furniture, uniforms and name plate for all staffs.

Customer Relation Assistant

  • Give direction to customer navigation in the mall easily. 
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers. Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for visiting.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Resolve service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. 
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution. Resolve customer complaints via phone, email.
  • Prepare reports of day to day customer complaints, any incidents and accidents of customers in the mall. 
  • Assist with day to day operation of customer service and redemption of gifts and promotions. Answer questions about Promotions or terms of redemption
  • Take customer information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
  • Record lost& found items and responsible for issuing found items 
  • Able to speak confidently in PA for relevant announcement.
  • Contribute to team effort by working with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
  • Able to follow order and adapt to the duty that has been assigned to one.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction
  • Keep records of lost & found items and responsible for issuing found items.
Engineer (Mechanical)

  • Acknowledge on local design codes and regulations
  • Perform work on drafting
  • Calculate BOQ for tender/quotation
  • Handle the documentations
  • Present/breif drawing and design to Authorities, Project Manager, Construction team and others

Guest Relations Officer (Chinese Speaking)

  • Handles Welcoming the guests, check in /out. Issuing the keys, handling telephone calls, walk in enquirers dealing with different mode of payment.
  • Ensure a high level of customer service is consistently maintained by following the Hotels Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
  • Must have complete knowledge of all food and beverage menus: The ingredients; the preparation; how items are served and with what; know your prices; know the daily specials.
  • Good understanding and knowledge of email, Microsoft Office, key card system, PMS
  • Work towards to achieve the monthly Up-sell, customer satisfaction score target set by the Front Office Manager
  • Constant update and share with the department on local area knowledge
  • Ensure and provide flawless, upscale, professional and high class guest service experiences
  • Analyze customer feedback
  • Respond to guests needs and anticipate their unstated ones
  • Expect and react promptly to guests requirements and inquires, actively listen and resolve guest’s complaints.
  • Oversee and coordinate all arrivals and departures of special guests (VIPs etc.)
  • Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure complete service recovery
  • Understands room status and room status tracking. Knows room locations, types of rooms available, and room rates.
  • Uses suggestive selling techniques to sell rooms and to promote other services of the hotel.
  • If a Guest has any questions, it is your responsibility to answer them accurately. Therefore, know our product and price list.
Housekeeping Supervisor/ Housekeeping Executive

  • Plan the work for the Housekeeping department and distribute assignments accordingly. Assign regular duties and special duties for Housekeeping staff to ensure work is done as per company standard.
  • Supervise all housekeeping employees, hire new employees as needed, discharge employees when necessary and take disciplinary action to make sure employees follow rules & regulations.
  • Evaluate employee performance to raise performance standards.
  • Train all employees and assign new employees to work with experienced help.
  • Check and approve all requisitions of equipment and items needed in work.
  • Maintain a lost-and-found section.
  • Able to do with shift duty assign.
  • Maintain a time logbook of all employees within the section

Leasing Executive

  • Liaise with tenants on renewables, termination, payment and complaints regarding leasing matters  
  • Prepares the necessary documentation and all other related paper works related to the consummation of lease; handles the proper safekeeping of account files. 
  • Prepare weekly and monthly report on leasing status
  • Carry out daily leasing tasks including follow up on prospect & prepare prospect inquiry reports.
  • Update monthly tenancy schedule for respective shopping centers and office towers.
  • Conduct market survey and monitor competitors project e.g. rental rates, new tenants and occupancy rate.
  • Maintain and keep stock of leasing collateral e.g. flyers and brochures.
  • Any other tasks assigned by leasing manager, head of leasing and GM real estate
